Sodexo is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Patient Services Manager 2 to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull, a 250-bed facility located in Brooklyn, NY. This hospital is part of the largest public healthcare system in the country and serves a diverse and dynamic community. At Woodhull, the Food & Nutrition Services department supports inpatient and outpatient care with over 700 meals served daily, utilizing a Cook/Chill meal delivery system and a standard patient tray line operation. The department also provides nourishment to ambulatory care, emergency, behavioral health units, outpatient clinics, and two satellite locations. The Patient Services Manager 2 will oversee a team of approximately 50 union employees. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence in patient food services, managing daily meal service operations, staff scheduling, purchasing, and patient experience initiatives.
