About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 at Fairview Southdale Hospital located in Edina, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring meal tray accuracy and timely delivery while strictly following clinical nutrition guidelines. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership abilities, a passion for enhancing patient satisfaction, and proven experience managing food service operations within a healthcare environment. Fairview Southdale is a 300-bed hospital in the southwest Twin Cities metro area. With the latest in advanced technology, the hospital offers more than 40 specialty services including cardiology, orthopedics, oncology, obstetrics, primary care, neurosciences, critical care, vascular and emergency services. What You'll Do evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction successfully manage and program Sodexo’s patient menu software (Healthtouch) drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy perform management functions that include leading a team of hourly associates including employee development What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Responsibilities
