This position is a remote position and will work a schedule of Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Training for this role will be onsite and conducted out of our Matthews, NC office for the first three weeks of employment. The Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) serves as the initial point of contact for patients and healthcare providers within the clinic. Supports clinical team to more efficiently assist patients with medical questions, using templates and protocols which are completed, and sent to clinical team for response.
