About The Position
Join Vital Tears - Eye Care Customer Service Representative Location: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Pay: $19.42 per hour + great benefits About Vital Tears Founded in 2015, Vital Tears provides fast, convenient access to high‑quality autologous serum tears for patients nationwide. Using a state‑of‑the-art production process, we deliver customized treatments with efficiency and care. Our mission: to make serum tears accessible to anyone in the United States. What You'll Do Be the calm, helpful voice patients hear first-providing understanding, clarity, and support on every call. Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with empathy, answering questions and guiding patients through next steps with confidence. Assist patients with new and refill orders, billing questions, and payment information , ensuring they feel supported and informed. Collaborate with a dedicated team , working cross‑functionally to solve issues quickly and deliver a seamless patient experience. Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards to keep patients safe and systems running smoothly.
