While LowT Center/SynergenX and HerKare are established leaders in hormone therapy and growing healthcare services, our Little Rock, AR clinic is brand new—offering an exciting opportunity to help build clinic culture from the ground up. We are seeking a highly professional and patient-focused Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. The Patient Services Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in creating a seamless, welcoming, and efficient front-office experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accountability, patient interaction, and being the operational heartbeat of a growing women’s health clinic.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting strongly preferred
  • Strong patient service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable discussing insurance, billing, and payment options with patients
  • Proficient with electronic health records and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Professional demeanor and polished presentation

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
  • Deliver a white-glove patient experience from arrival to departure
  • Explain insurance benefits, coverage, and out-of-pocket costs clearly and compassionately
  • Collect and process patient payments accurately
  • Answer phones, manage voicemails, and respond to patient communications
  • Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently
  • Enter and maintain accurate patient and insurance information in the EHR
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk and waiting area
  • Support clinic flow and assist in coordinating daily operations
  • Complete daily cash reconciliation and prepare bank deposits
  • Ensure all patient documentation and administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely
