About The Position

This position will be responsible for assisting members with locating new providers if current providers move out of network, close or have to end services for some other reason. The position will also help call members who have received service denials and help link them with the recommended services by the doctor. They will also be responsible for administrative tasks as assigned. Sentara Health Plans provides health plan coverage to close to one million members in Virginia. Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Experience working in Healthcare
  • Health Plan or utilization management experience preferred
