About The Position

MaineHealth Sleep Medicine - Portland is seeking a Patient Service Specialist (PSS) to join our growing, patient-centered team. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of medical office experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming patient referrals
• Obtain prior authorizations
• Provide check-in and check-out coverage as needed
• Support patient scheduling and ensure a smooth front-desk experience
• Assist with general administrative duties that support our clinical team
