About The Position
The Patient Service Representative will greet patients at our imaging centers and assist them with scheduling of appointments, registering for procedures, maintaining medical records, and other related tasks. This is a vital role for ensuring patient satisfaction. Ideal candidates will need to be service-oriented and considerate of the patient's condition.
Requirements
- High School or equivalent preferred
- Background in healthcare is preferred
- Background with Eclinical Works Practice Management System Preferred
- Strong organizational skill
