RESPONSIBILITIES Job Specific Competencies: Demonstrates knowledge and ability to check patients in and out for his/her clinic visit. Maintains patient demographics and insurance records. Demonstrates knowledge of basic insurance and billing procedures. Performs routine duties associated with patient scheduling, payments and co-payments. Performs secretarial duties in a timely and efficient manner. Ensures customer friendly telephone communication. Provides appropriate safety and infection control measures.
