The Patient Service Representative will support all staff members and patients, handling phone calls, patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with treatment plan completion through financial arrangements. The role also requires flexibility in managing requests and projects from other staff and the Office Manager, aiming to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through exceptional oral care.

Requirements

  • Experience answering telephone
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
  • Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to policies
  • Answering Telephones
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Maintaining Appointment Book
  • Confirming Appointments
  • Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
  • Register Patients on sign in sheet
  • Post charges and payments to patient accounts
  • Checking voicemail on a daily basis
  • Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
