Right now, we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be the welcoming face of our office and help keep things running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing As a PSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and an important part of their healthcare journey.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills (EHR experience a big plus!).
- 1+ year of medical office experience.
- A team player with great communication skills and a positive, patient-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients & visitors with a smile and help guide them where they need to go.
- Verify patient information, forms, and insurance details (you’re the keeper of accuracy!).
- Collect payments and assist with registration documents like HIPAA forms.
- Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and direct messages with professionalism.
- Support check-in/check-out, data entry, and medical records.
- Cross-train and collaborate with teammates to keep the office flowing.
- Help patients leave feeling cared for and confident about their visit.
