As a PSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and an important part of their healthcare journey. Help patients leave feeling cared for and confident about their visit. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills (EHR experience a big plus!).
  • 1+ year of medical office experience.
  • A team player with great communication skills and a positive, patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients & visitors with a smile and help guide them where they need to go.
  • Verify patient information, forms, and insurance details (you’re the keeper of accuracy!).
  • Collect payments and assist with registration documents like HIPAA forms.
  • Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and direct messages with professionalism.
  • Support check-in/check-out, data entry, and medical records.
  • Cross-train and collaborate with teammates to keep the office flowing.
  • Help patients leave feeling cared for and confident about their visit.
