About The Position

Dental Solutions is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Media, PA, to join their clinical team. This role focuses on delivering a high level of patient care and satisfaction within a team-based environment. The practice emphasizes comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming setting, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outstanding customer service, a willingness to learn, and a desire to enter the dental field. The Patient Service Representative will support all staff members and patients by answering phones, handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with the completion of patient treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements. Flexibility in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager is also expected. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through exceptional oral care.

Requirements

• Experience working in a dental office
• Experience answering telephone
• Must have exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
• Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to DCA Policies
• Answering Telephones
• Scheduling Appointments
• Maintaining Appointment Book
• Confirming Appointments
• Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
• Register Patients on sign in sheet
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts
• Checking voicemail on a daily basis
• Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
