Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Compassionate attitude and strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and medical histories
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information and support
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Assist with billing and payment processing as needed
  • Support patient education and provide guidance on healthcare services and procedures
