We opened a brand-new dental office in Southwest Las Vegas and are looking for a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be the first friendly face our patients see. Located at 5812 S. Durango Dr., our modern practice is built on high-quality care, a warm patient experience, and a strong sense of team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare front office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dental or medical software is a plus (training available)

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance and assist with billing inquiries
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support clinical staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
