About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative to join our team. This role supports both our Columbus and Dublin offices and requires 2–3 years of healthcare front office experience. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, and confident in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of healthcare front office experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to work between both office locations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with scheduling systems and insurance verification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and daily front-desk operations
  • Answer and route incoming calls; assist with patient questions and concerns
  • Support walk-in patients with professionalism and clarity
  • Verify insurance coverage and collect co-payments
  • Identify patient needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
  • Follow urgent-call protocols and escalate when needed
  • Meet performance goals in a high-performing, team-based environment
  • Provide excellent service to patients and internal team members
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
