About The Position
Arizona Spine and Joint Hospital is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join their fast-paced surgical hospital. The hospital is committed to delivering high-quality care and a positive experience for patients and their families. This is a collaborative, cross-functional role supporting multiple disciplines across the hospital.
Requirements
- Experience with patient scheduling, charge entry, or insurance verification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Schedule surgical procedures (part-time surgery scheduling)
- Support charge entry processes
- Serve as backup for insurance verification functions, as needed.
