About The Position

Patient Service Representative Jackson, Michigan | Center for Family Health At Center for Family Health, we believe every patient interaction matters. We are currently seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential to creating a positive patient experience and helping our clinics operate smoothly and efficiently each day. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients. You will help create a welcoming environment while supporting front office operations, scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, collecting payments, and assisting with care coordination. This position plays an important role in ensuring patients feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent computer and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and patient-centered service
