This role is crucial for challenging the status quo in radiology by making it a critical first step in diagnosis and treatment. The representative will execute day-to-day patient-facing services, ensuring quality assurance and customer service satisfaction. Key responsibilities include facilitating and coordinating communication between patients, family members, and staff, and providing optimal patient-centered services. This position supports the imaging center's front office, medical records, and technologists through a rotation of front desk, medical records, and technologist assistant roles. It is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 3:30pm - 12:00am.
