The Patient Service Representative reports to the Practice Manager and is responsible for overseeing and verifying the financial processes associated with patient services provided in the Practice. This role involves greeting patients, performing registration check-in functions, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, obtaining referrals and authorizations, processing forms, and performing the discharge process.
