About The Position

The Patient Service Rep manages patient flow for electronic check-in, check-out, and appointment procedures. The job requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and efficiency. All activities must be conducted in a confidential, professional, and personable manner. Performs other duties as needed. Our mission is to continue the teaching and healing ministry of Jesus Christ.   • Minimum six months of customer service, general office or Receptionist vocational training
  • Able to use a computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Able to work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure
  • Able to collaborate and accept direction

  • Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Medical field experience (preferred for customer service, general office or Receptionist vocational training)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
