Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a friendly and timely manner
- Assist patients in completing necessary forms for electronic health records
- Maintain and update patient demographic and insurance information
- Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays
- Ensure smooth patient flow by efficiently processing arrivals
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding registration and billing
- Direct medical-related questions to appropriate clinical staff
- Schedule appointments with the appropriate physician
- Scan documents into the electronic health record
- Perform other duties as assigned
