This customer service position plays an important role at the Duke Health & Fitness Center. This individual greets members & guests as they enter the facility, provides locker keys, and towels, takes monetary transactions via POS for programs and services, and answers membership questions. This position requires computer data entry and retrieval. This position independently answers phones, handles customer inquiries/complaints, schedules massage appointments and provides emergency services as necessary. They are responsible for the processing of membership contracts, guest waivers, and other administrative paperwork. They do financial balances at the beginning and end of each shift. This position works approximately every other weekend and with some possible coverage during the week as needed.
