About The Position

Work Schedule: Part-time, 90% FTE, day shift. Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm, one day off every pay period. No weekends are required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Pay: Pay starts at $19.59 per hour, work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. Be part of something remarkable Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative to: Schedule appointments via phone, in-person or electronic correspondence. Take incoming phone calls from patients and their families to assist them with their appointment scheduling needs. Make outgoing phone calls to patients to schedule their appointments. Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure that patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • 6 months previous experience in an office or customer service environment Required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field Preferred
  • Previous experience working in healthcare Preferred
  • Previous experience scheduling of patients Preferred
  • Previous experience with answering phones, greeting clients and customers in person Preferred
