Orlando Health Imaging Centers – Patient Scheduling/Front Office Role Location: 1675 W. Broadway St., Oviedo, FL 32765 Position Type: Full-Time Schedule Requirements: Open availability for Saturdays Limited Sundays May be required to work late until 8:30 PM 🏥 About Orlando Health Imaging Centers Orlando Health Imaging Centers is accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) for excellence in: Staff qualifications Image quality Safety policies Quality assurance All imaging exams are interpreted by board‑certified radiologists, providing fast, accurate diagnoses and supporting effective treatment planning.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 6 months experience in a: Clerical office General business environment Customer service setting

Responsibilities

Schedule patient appointments following practice‑specific scheduling protocols and patient preferences
Obtain required pre‑certification and authorization when applicable
Collect accurate and complete patient demographic and insurance information
Process medical records requests per Orlando Health and department policies
Adhere to all Orlando Health and OHPE (OHPG, OPN) policies, procedures, and values
Demonstrate proficiency in office equipment and technology; answer phones professionally
Uphold “Commitment to Excellence” standards to enhance patient satisfaction
Provide professional, courteous interaction with patients and families
Maintain punctual, regular attendance consistent with: Orlando Health policies ADA FMLA Other federal, state, and local regulations
Maintain compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures
Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Indicator activities as assigned
Demonstrate knowledge of legal issues, patient rights, and regulatory/accreditation standards
Practice efficient use of supplies
Assist billing services as requested
