About The Position
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 40 hours per week, Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic. We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Coordinator, Lead to: Serve as team lead over Patient Scheduling Coordinator staff that are responsible for advanced level scheduling of patients for surgical and non-surgical procedures. Coordinate, assign, and guide work activities of staff Monitor work schedules, maintain department scheduling guidelines, and train/mentor new staff.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- 1 year of previous experience working in an office or customer service environment Required
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field Preferred
- 1 year or more electronic medical scheduling Preferred
Responsibilities
