About The Position

Renew Smiles is a patient-driven dental healthcare provider focused on providing affordable, high quality dental implants. Renew Smiles is expanding throughout the U.S., including the opening of multiple dental sales centers in the greater Los Angeles area, and is seeking exceptional self-motivated Patient/Sales Consultants or Sales/Treatment Coordinators with sales and/or treatment planning experience in dental implants, weight loss, body shaping, hair/skin rejuvenation, cosmetic/plastic surgery, or similar industries to join its rapidly growing sales team.

Requirements

  • Warm, friendly, and compassionate personality with a pleasant phone and in-person demeanor
  • Excellent sales skills (B2C experience required)
  • Strong communication, relationship building, follow up, and organizational skills
  • Professional self-starter with a drive and initiative to succeed
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (required)
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce and integrated VOIP system (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Qualify candidates through in-depth conversation, including educating potential patients on products and services and overcoming objections with the end goal of scheduling a free consultation
  • Ensure questions are answered in a professional, informative, caring, and correct manner
  • Follow sales consultation process to assist prospective patients with the decision-making process
  • Present available financing options to prospective patients
  • Manage follow up process with prospective patients
  • Document all call and consultation information correctly and efficiently into CRM tracking software
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with private health information
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Other duties as assigned
