Responsible for providing continuous observation and appropriate documentation on activity of an assigned patient who has been identified as having increased risk for injury. In addition, we provide education, screenings, support groups and wellness programs for people of all ages through our Center for Healthier Living.
Responsibilities
- Provides ADL's and protects Patients in Sitter and Spotter assignments from self-harm and prevent elopements.
- Makes continuous rounds.
- Assists with Activities of Daily Living.
- Assists with bathroom/ commode/incontinence care.
- Monitors Intake and Output.
- Performs preventive skin care, feeding mouth care, and changes bed linens when necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
