About The Position

The Patient Safety Manager assists the DCQI in the operations of the hospital's Quality / Performance improvement program, supporting quality and process improvement efforts. This role is responsible for data tracking/collection and trending, and coordinates, assists, and advises on various meetings, seminars, services, and programs related to the overall Quality / Performance Improvement program. The manager also coordinates hospital-wide performance improvement activities under the direction of the DCQI. Responsibilities

  • Assists the DCQI in the operations of the hospital's Quality / Performance improvement program
  • Supports quality and process improvement efforts identified in the hospital
  • Responsible for data tracking/collection and trending
  • Coordinates, assists, and advice on a variety of meetings, seminars, services, and/or programs related to the overall Quality / Performance Improvement program
  • Coordinates hospital-wide performance improvement activities under the direction of the DCQI
  • Drive excellence and inspire the team towards exceptional patient outcomes and operational success
