Requirements

  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work independently and remain on task
  • Ability to communicate effectively, and professionally, verbally and in writing
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Two (2) years working with accounts receivables required, three (3) or more years preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computer programs and software such as PC, Adobe Acrobat, Office, and Excel
  • Intermediate customer service skills
  • Intermediate organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of medical/dental ledgers, preferred
