The Patient Representative performs a variety of secretarial, billing and clerical duties. The Patient Representative responsibilities include: utilizing the electronic medical record (EMR) to schedule initial evaluations and follow up appointments and process patient charges; coordinating referrals; preparing the proper paperwork and collecting pertinent patient information; answering phones; performing other related duties as assigned. The Patient Representative provides support to the clinical staff to provide optimum service to patients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and computer operating skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Past experience working in medical office highly preferred.
