The Patient Representative greets, instructs, and schedules patients, registers them into the computer system, and determines their insurance benefits. This role serves as a liaison between the patient and clinical support staff. The position requires maintaining strict confidentiality, greeting patients courteously, and managing patient check-ins, demographic updates, and payment collection. The Patient Representative will also handle telephone calls, maintain the work and reception areas, and advise the Practice Manager on front office concerns.
