The Front Desk Patient Representative is responsible for greeting patients kindly, all administrative processing of every patient, and maintaining a clean and welcoming waiting room. This position requires an excellent communicator who is comfortable with interacting with individuals representing all professional levels. This position will also generate and manage correspondences as directed. Performs front desk duties for the clinic: answers phones, directs calls to appropriate department, greet patients in a friendly & helpful manner, assists patients with questions and/or concerns and determines whether unscheduled visitors should be given access to specific individuals. The Patient Representative is an entry/lower to mid-range roles, where an employee operates with oversight, though potentially limited, especially on advanced tasks with high impact on patient care.
