Patient Representative-Admissions
About The Position
Seeking a full time Patient Representative who is committed to world-class customer service. Being the front-line for patients when visiting the hospital, this position will be responsible for: Timely, courteous, and accurate collection of patient information and all related documentation to complete registration. Has proficient knowledge and understanding of patient registration process with the Registration system. Collects accurate patient demographic information necessary to admit patients to the hospital. Completes all necessary forms and treatment consents at the time of registration. Performing other duties as assigned. This position is a great opportunity for an individual who is organized, attentive, and skilled at clear communication.
Requirements
- EDUCATION: GED or High School Diploma required
- EXPERIENCE: 1 year related experience preferred
