About The Position

Must have a flexible schedule to work Saturdays and evening shifts.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Strong computer/technical skills, including knowledge of practice management software (NexTech, a plus) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the skincare industry or spa reception experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Must be knowledgeable and understand all DBMS treatments & procedures.
- Communicates with guests by demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, sophistication, and confidence.
- Perform Deep Blue Med Spa Open/ Close office duties.
- Answer telephone calls courteously and efficiently and make various types of appointments for all DBMS locations.
- Maintain knowledge regarding the payment process (creating bills, packages, gift cards, applying payments etc.).
- Adhere to all departmental processes and procedures.
