Shift: Evening. 3p-11:30p, e/o weekend & e/o holiday PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for timely collection, validation, and entry of all demographic and insurance information necessary to support accurate billing for emergency department services. Provides excellent customer service, ensures regulatory compliance and performs related duties as required to facilitate effective patient care.
