Responsibilities

Partner with site staff and broader recruitment team to support enrollment and retention strategies
Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email within 24–48 hours
Maintain accurate records and track recruitment activity in clinical databases and systems
Review candidate profiles for study fit and make outreach calls to share opportunities
Help problem-solve and brainstorm creative ways to improve enrollment
Share feedback and recruitment results with the team to help us grow
Occasionally represent Centricity at local community events to raise awareness of clinical trials
Jump in and support the broader research or recruitment team as needed
