About The Position

The Nursing Resources Department is responsible for the 24 management of the major functions over nursing, clerical, and ancillary staff. The role of a Patient Observer ensures for patient safety by remaining at the bedside of the assigned patient(s) and providing continuous observation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• No Experience
• No Supervisor Experience

Responsibilities

• Assists patient and care giver with use of simple medical equipment such as hospital bed, bedside commode, wheelchair, walker, and urinary drainage appliances.
• Provides appropriate documentation.
