Requirements
- High school graduation or General Education Diploma (GED) required

Responsibilities
- Provides continuous observation of assigned patient(s)
- Works under the direction of clinical staff
- Provides continuous supervision for patients who are at risk for falls, pulling at lines, are mildly confused or impulsive
- Communicates patient care needs to nursing staff
