Join a Mission-Driven Team at the MGH Cancer Center as a Patient Navigator! What You’ll Do: Lead and participate in the intake process for new patients, helping them navigate their journey into to the MGH Cancer Center. Provide essential case management services—including financial assessments, scheduling, and medical records coordination—to support patients and their families. Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record, meeting expectations set by our Medical Director and Administrative Manager.
