This role involves working with clinical and operations teams to help patients overcome real-world barriers such as housing instability, food insecurity, and transportation gaps, which can hinder consistent, quality care. The position functions similarly to a case manager and is ideal for individuals pursuing careers in community mental health, social work, public health, or healthcare operations. The internship is fully remote with one required in-person training in New York City, full-time (40 hours/week) and compensated at $20/hour.
