Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent (REQUIRED)
Associate's Degree in a related field (REQUIRED)
OR Two years of related experience (referral processing, insurance authorization, etc.) in lieu of a degree (REQUIRED)
Two years of relevant supervisory experience (REQUIRED)

Nice To Haves

BCPA - Board Certified Patient Advocate Certification 18 months (PREFERRED)

Responsibilities

Monitor the daily operations of the Patient Navigators within their assigned area.
Patient Navigation Supervisor will perform quality referrals audits ensuring timeliness and accuracy of referrals while maintaining compliance and production standards.
