About The Position

We’re looking for a qualified Patient Navigator Supervisor like you to join our Texas Health family. Work Information: Corporate Office - 612 East Lamar Arlington, TX 76011 Work environment: This is a primarily Remote Position with occasional On-Site requirements. Work hours: Full-time (40 Hour) Day Shift; Monday through Friday (8AM - 5PM) Department Highlights: Collaborative and Supportive Team Environment Career Development Opportunities Success Sharing Yearly Bonus Opportunities Here Is What You Need: High School Diploma or Equivalent (REQUIRED) Associate's Degree in a related field (REQUIRED) OR Two years of related experience (referral processing, insurance authorization, etc.) in lieu of a degree (REQUIRED) Two years of relevant supervisory experience (REQUIRED) BCPA - Board Certified Patient Advocate Certification 18 months (PREFERRED) What You Will Do: Monitor the daily operations of the Patient Navigators within their assigned area. Patient Navigation Supervisor will perform quality referrals audits ensuring timeliness and accuracy of referrals while maintaining compliance and production standards. Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent (REQUIRED)
Associate's Degree in a related field (REQUIRED) OR
Two years of related experience (referral processing, insurance authorization, etc.) in lieu of a degree (REQUIRED)
