Patient Liaison Onsite – Lehi, UT Serenity is a rapidly growing Healthcare Tech company committed to creating the finest patient experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that our patients billing concerns are acknowledged and resolved. This position is critical to our billing team, ensuring that patients understand their billing statements and are willing to make payments toward their account balances. This position will interact with patients via phone calls, emails, etc. to alleviate billing concerns. Serenity is a leader in the field of healthcare technology. Using advanced medical devices recently released to market, we give our patients long-term success even when other treatments have failed.
