About The Position

Patient Liaison | Denver Tech Center Reporting to Regional Manager Employment Type: Part time | 8 hours per week on Tuesdays Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) is a network of imaging centers built and managed through a partnership between Radiology Imaging Associates and HealthOne. Our imaging centers are conveniently located throughout the South Denver area and offer a variety of exams using state of the art equipment. Our services include MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, pain management, DXA, X-Ray, and image guided biopsies. Our mission is to improve the health of patients in the communities we serve by proving them with the highest quality imaging and associated medical care. Job Responsibilities: During a typical day you will... Provide professional customer service by greeting patients, answering telephone calls, preparing patients for procedures, and assists patients with questions, concerns or direction Monitor flow and accuracy of schedules Maintain a clean and orderly waiting area Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations Other duties as assigned Experience/Skill Requirements: Knowledge of medical terminology, preferably in radiology Healthcare office experience desired Proven customer service skills Professional communication skills Detail oriented ability to multi-task Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently Must be flexible and reliable Must be able to read, write, and speak in English Compensation for this role is between $19.00 and $21.50/hr based on experience. In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Invision Sally Jobe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will accept applications on an ongoing basis, and will remain open until filled. Requirements
