Responsibilities
- Represent Gundersen Health System’s high standards for customer service in all patient interactions
- Schedule appointments, admissions, surgeries, tests, and procedures with effective communication
- Register patients accurately, verify and update demographics, insurance, and benefit information
- Assist with financial processes including payment collection and financial assistance resources
- Obtain necessary signatures on forms related to registration, billing, and patient care
- Utilize electronic health records to assist with patient care coordination
