About The Position

Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Patient Intake Specialist for Eagan, Minnesota location. This person is the first point of contact for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life. You will set up their order, verify their insurance coverage, and build trust with our customers, all over the phone. Understanding of HIPAA laws to handle confidential personal and medical information
Exercises good judgement on handling phone calls appropriately and empathetically
Excellent telephone and typing skills
