Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Assign and prioritize patient beds based on clinical need and unit capacity to ensure optimal patient placement and flow.
  • Partner with nursing leadership and environmental services to proactively prioritize cleaning workflows, minimizing patient wait times.
  • Consult with nursing and provider teams to facilitate the smooth placement and transfer of all patients.
  • Diligently maintain patient documentation and department logs, executing placement orders with precision.
