Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates an understanding of and adherence to the HMHD Compliance Plan.
  • Conduct reflects HMHD's values and a commitment to HMHD's Code of Conduct.
  • Attends the required corporate integrity and compliance training and education programs.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in understanding the materials presented during the corporate integrity and compliance training and education program.
  • Complies with all HIPAA standards.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Scanning, faxing, and copying documents.
  • Sorting and delivering incoming mail, and preparing outgoing mail.
  • Requesting and mailing medical records.
  • Answering and transferring phone calls, and taking messages.
  • Mailing UB04 forms.
  • Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  • Responding to patient inquiries.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet department goals.
