Under the supervision of the Manager or Supervisor Revenue Cycle, the Financial Counselor provides clerical and administrative support which may include pre-registration, insurance verification, and price estimation/calculations for the 1206(l & d) Rendering Physicians for PMI, Facey, SJPP and OCHD clinics. The Patient Financial Counselor will be responsible for calling and/or meeting with patients to provide and obtain insurance and/or financial information. Will act as the primary point of contact for patients with financial questions regarding upcoming procedures/appointments being provided by the 1206(l & d) providers.
